Jason Smigell is a professional Musician, Teacher, Creator, and Coach.

Jason spent 25 years directing bands, 21 of them at Howell High School

During that time with his beloved Highlanders, he wore many hats: Conducting ensembles, writing and performing music on his instruments, and most importantly Teaching and counseling thousands of young people. Now that he has retired from band directing, he is launching a brave new venture to help people grow as musicians, become more productive, and find happiness.
